Maria Sanchez
Maria Sanchez leads Minority Opportunity Funding with more than two decades of experience in community finance and nonprofit leadership. Prior to joining MOF, Maria served as Vice President of Community Lending at Equitable Bank, managed a $100M portfolio, and held senior roles at Urban Community Development Fund and Bridge to Capital. MBA, University of Michigan.
James Lee
James brings over fifteen years of experience in lending and credit. He’s worked at Community Trust Bank, NewPath Microfinance, and Capital Access Partners, managing risk for loan pools focused on underserved neighborhoods. CFA charterholder.
Aisha Robinson
Aisha has built coalitions and led grant efforts at Neighborhood Impact Initiative and Urban Roots. She connects entrepreneurs with capital and resources. Master’s in Urban Planning, Howard University.
David Kim
David ensures MOF’s compliance and operational excellence. He’s worked at SafeHarbor Credit Union and HomeFront Housing, specializing in reporting systems and regulatory audits. CRCM certified.
